Shipping policy

 

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders received before 10 a.m. usually ship out the same day, whereas orders received after 10 a.m. ship out the next day. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free domestic shipping (i.e. Switzerland) is available as of 149 CHF order value. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates 

Free international shipping is available for orders with a minimum value of 500 EUR. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges related to international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on www.post.ch. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tradex-distribution.ch with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tradex-distribution.ch with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
